Job Function:


To support President Director to achieve company business performance and budget by ensuring all operations processes work effective, efficient, and comply with local monetary authority regulations.


Jobs Responsibility:

- a) Making decision in Operations and IT aspect.
- b) Lead to prepare strategic and annual business plan related to operations, network and IT development proposed to President Director.
- c) Supervise and control directly all operational and IT activities.
- d) Ensure the system support for the remittance operation can be maintained effectively.
- e) To evaluate all direct subordinate performance.
- f) Ensure all network can generate maximum fee and achieve the budget.
- g) Ensure the internal control system within the remittance operational level can be maintained effectively as stipulated in company policy.
- h) Ensure the compliance level of operation, network and IT meet the regulator requirement
- i) Ensure the Operation, Network and IT can optimize utilization of its assets effectively.
- j) Handling entire network within the Company including all hardware such as servers, workstations, printers, faxes and other office automation equipment. Also responsible for vendor relations.
- k) To review and submit statutory and management reports including financial statement, and ad hoc reports requested by shareholder and regulatory.
- l) Ensure all taxation affairs by company.
- m) Maintain the books of accounts and related documents, ensuring that all transactions are recorded, processed and reported in accordance with the MIR's accounting policies.


Main Activity:

- a) To propose the remittance business/budget or strategic plan to President Director.
- b) To propose the opening and closing of Remittance Outlet to President Director.
- c) To assess and decide the subordinate annual performance.


Job Requirements:

- a) Having 8 years solid experience in banking field of which 3 years at supervisory level.
- b) Having knowledge about overseas business especially finance business.
- c) Having knowledge in Operations and IT systems.
- d) Strong leadership and personality.


Salary:
RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
