RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage endtoend recruitment cycle for all open positions
Work with hiring managers to assess hiring needs
Build strong talent pipeline for iPrice's vacancies through proactive sourcing
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements in relevant job portals and creating content for the iPrice LinkedIn Page
Provide timely hiring update to senior stakeholders and/or hiring managers
Build relationships with key universities in order to drive promising talent to our
Careers Page
Support other HR tasks, when needed

REQUIREMENTS

24 years of recruitment experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business (or related fields) are encouraged to apply:

- _Advanced sourcing skills (including Boolean Search Strings) and knows how to proactively_

Detailed and with an eye for accuracy
