RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage endtoend recruitment cycle for all open positions
- Work with hiring managers to assess hiring needs
- Build strong talent pipeline for iPrice's vacancies through proactive sourcing
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements in relevant job portals and creating content for the iPrice LinkedIn Page
- Provide timely hiring update to senior stakeholders and/or hiring managers
- Build relationships with key universities in order to drive promising talent to our
- Careers Page
- Support other HR tasks, when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 24 years of recruitment experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business (or related fields) are encouraged to apply: - agencies). Additional regional language fluency (Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, Vietnamese etc) is an added advantage

- _Prior experience in utilizing ATS systems_
- Strong problem solving skills and data driven mindset
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Organized individual with good teamwork spirit
- Detailed and with an eye for accuracy
