Job Title:
Service Desk Analyst (English + Japanese)
Location:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Expectations from the Role
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Strong English & Japanese Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 certifications.
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
- Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting
- Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
Good-to-Have
- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases
- Mandatory
