Work Location:
Atria Shopping Mall, Damansara Jaya, PJ
Working Hour :
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Job Description:
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure documents traceability in an efficient manner.
- To process transactions, online payment, issuing cheque (if required).
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by HOD.
- Perform account, administrative and clerical works and provide assistance to team members as needed.
- Responsible for basic administrative daytoday work. Maintain proper accounting report, file documents, prepare and manage correspondence.
Requirement:
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese is an added advantage.
- Immediate starter is highly preferable
- Required skill(s): MS Office i

Words, Excel, SQL software will be added advantage
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
