About the Role

This role is responsible for achieving department's yearly disbursement target and attain operational and service excellence. The incumbent will have the authority to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the process.

Handle loan operations in relating to loan documentation and loan disbursement activities and system maintenances.
Process all instructions received, accurately and within the stipulated turnaround time.
Ensure all loan documentation are duly executed, stamped and in order prior to disbursement.
Review and ensure Solicitors' advice for release and Developers' billings, redemption statement and all relevant supporting documents are in order prior to disbursement.
Prepare payment advise for loan disbursement.
Ensure timely and accuracy of loan documentation and loan disbursement.
Review and prepare payment for legal and valuation bills.
Attend to general enquiries by external and internal stakeholder, i.e. Developer, Solicitor, AIA Agent, General Insurance, Credit life and etc.
To handle cross functional activities and projects as and when required.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet the operational and/or others requirement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.
Experience_ _At least 2 years of mortgage loan experience. Familiar with all phases of loan documentation & loan servicing.

Special skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative and resultoriented.
Able to work independently and team player.
