Primary Objective:

To act as the main support to Branches and BSCO team in providing assistance to operational process required within agreed SLA.
Ensuring all requests from external or internal are being attended timely.
Monitoring all required process for branches with no gaps.
Highlighting process issues and gaps to BSCO team member for enhancement.
Ensure proper records for each cases highlighted and manage the documentation of process and procedure correctly for reference.
To assist in analyzing process gaps issue addressed by multiple stakeholders and explore the opportunity for system and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills.
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Perform call back to customers & stakeholders to request for supporting documents based on data analyzed,
Follow up and monitor with customers and stakeholders on the documents and justifications.
Consolidate the update for daily and monthly reporting on the progress status.
Any other job function specify by supervisor and direct manager.
Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree -.

5 years experience in branch operations

Good knowledge in branch systems
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good planning and organizing skills
