Primary Objective:
- To act as the main support to Branches and BSCO team in providing assistance to operational process required within agreed SLA.
- Ensuring all requests from external or internal are being attended timely.
- Monitoring all required process for branches with no gaps.
- Highlighting process issues and gaps to BSCO team member for enhancement.
- Ensure proper records for each cases highlighted and manage the documentation of process and procedure correctly for reference.
- To assist in analyzing process gaps issue addressed by multiple stakeholders and explore the opportunity for system and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Perform call back to customers & stakeholders to request for supporting documents based on data analyzed,
- Follow up and monitor with customers and stakeholders on the documents and justifications.
- Consolidate the update for daily and monthly reporting on the progress status.
- Any other job function specify by supervisor and direct manager.
- Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree -.
5 years experience in branch operations
Good knowledge in branch systems
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good planning and organizing skills
