Job Summary:


Managing food and beverage operations and standards, adhering to budgets and training food and beverage staff, and handling customer complaints.

The service talent's main function is to promote the hotel F&B Services and ensure guest satisfaction through developing and maintaining a strong team environment with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and delivery of prompt and courteous service.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all F&B and daytoday operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
  • Assisting with marketing events.
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

Job Requirements:


  • Min. 3 year of service experience is preferred
  • Manager Level
  • Good work ethics and willing to learn
  • Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an additional bonus
  • Able to work in a team with people from different backgrounds
