  • To take charge of overall process of recruitment and selection for Group. Starting with manpower requisition to exit interview.

  • To take charge of overall process Learning and Development for Group. Starting with manpower requisition to exit interview.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fresh graduates in Human Resources Management is encouraged to apply. Experience in Recruitment and L&D for - 2 years would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Computer literacy esp in Microsoft word, excel and power point. Experience in HR Infotech System is an advantage.
  • Basic editing skills for posters and brochures
  • Proactive and fast learner
  • Immediate availability is preferable

From RM2,300.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)
