Requirement:


  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience in customer service (calls or LiveChat)
  • Experienced with written correspondence in Contact Center environment
  • Fluent English speaker (Mandarin will be added advantage)
  • Must be fine to promote any campaign even there is "Nonhalal" term contained.

Job scope:


Operations Management (90%)

  • Provide accurate, relevant and timely information on Banking and Cards products and services.
  • Resolve customers' queries and problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Comply with established policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements.
  • Be reliable, accurate in works & dependable in carrying out work assigned.

Human Resources Management (10%)

  • Maintain a conducive and professional working relationship within the team and department.
  • Participate in meetings to resolve workrelated issues and brainstorm suggestions for process improvement.
  • Other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Types:
Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
