Requirement:
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in customer service (calls or LiveChat)
- Experienced with written correspondence in Contact Center environment
- Fluent English speaker (Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Must be fine to promote any campaign even there is "Nonhalal" term contained.
Job scope:
Operations Management (90%)
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely information on Banking and Cards products and services.
- Resolve customers' queries and problems effectively and efficiently.
- Comply with established policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements.
- Be reliable, accurate in works & dependable in carrying out work assigned.
Human Resources Management (10%)
- Maintain a conducive and professional working relationship within the team and department.
- Participate in meetings to resolve workrelated issues and brainstorm suggestions for process improvement.
- Other work related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
