Position
:

Purchasing Executive:

  • Location: Pulau Meranti, Puchong. Selangor.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials, parts, and components.
  • Review and analyze purchasing data to identify costsaving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously seeking new partnerships.
  • Conduct business negotiations and communication with local and overseas suppliers and vendors effectively.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent in English and local languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools to streamline purchasing processes.
  • Knowledge of the bus manufacturing industry, electric vehicle components, and related suppliers is a plus.
  • Detailoriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work on halfday Saturday (twice per month)

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
