- Verify that Credit Reviews (CRs) are approved in accordance with the Credit Policy's Lending Authority Limits
- Verify Next Review Date, Loan Classification and perform update(s) where necessary.
- Verify CR terms & conditions (T&Cs) & perform loan and security docs check.
- Verify structural fields of facilities, collateral data quality (i.e., security values etc.), charge and perform system maintenance.
- Verify and perform tracking(s) to trigger Relationship Manager's action and compliance:
- Financial spreadsheet
- Collateral insurance adequacy
- Data Quality
- Documents
- Waiver of valuations
- Monitor and track collateral expiry dates where applicable
- Liaise with SG Doc Team and Relationship Manager etc. to ensure the completeness of CR Check
- Ensure conditions of approvals are met, documentation is in compliance with terms of approval and bank's policies prior to implementation of facilities
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Ensure covenants, exceptions are logged, monitored, and followed through
- Attend to business partners' queries and requests timely
- To coordinate, escalate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolutions/approvals.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and improve service
- To participate in project initiatives and assignments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related area preferred.
- Has at least 2 years' experience (preferable experience with Banking industry)
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and must be a team worker with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff
- Selfmotivated, dedicated, commitment and result oriented, to complete all tasks assigned within SLA with zero defect.
- Willing to work longer hours, when required
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and good sense of responsibility.
- Able to take any tasks assigned by Dept Head from time to time.
- Flexible to be transferred to any unit/section when necessary and
- Able to work according to Singapore working calendar
- Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required
