    **Sourcing and Supply Chain Expert**

    At Asia-Recruit, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sourcing and supply chain initiatives.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
    • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
    • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement to mitigate risks.
    • Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive projects to achieve significant cost reductions without compromising quality or delivery.
    • Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements relevant to sourcing and supply chain management.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team success and professional growth.

    **Requirements:**

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
    • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within an engineering manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs.
    • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM) is highly desirable.
    • Ability and willingness to travel overseas (China, Singapore, etc.).
