Responsibilities:


  • Warehouse clerks do a good job in the acceptance, accounting and distribution of materials and equipment entering and leaving the warehouse according to regulations, so as to ensure that the accounts are consistent.
  • Know the inventory status at any time, ensure the timely supply of materials and equipment, and give full play to the turnover efficiency.
  • Clean up the warehouse regularly to keep the warehouse tidy and beautiful, so that the materials and equipment are sorted, stored neatly, and the quantity is accurate.
  • Familiar with the varieties, specifications, models and performances of corresponding materials and equipment, and fill in clearly.
  • Do a good job in the safety management of the warehouse, check the fire prevention and antitheft facilities in the warehouse, and plug the loopholes in time.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a storekeeper/ warehouse assistant at least 2 years.
  • Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiar with SQL system and MS Office proficiency.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week with retail hours
  • Handson commitment to getting the job done.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Business, Sales and Marketing, Logistics or Business Administration.
