UI/UX Designer

Design planning, conducting market research, seeking team members for insights and translating them into story board, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes will be a day to day thing.

Responsibilities

Evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Owners
Research customers, competitors, and products
Understand user psychology and motivation so as to position the product or service in a way that supports this
Create user experience and interface with the user's needs in mind using best practices and the latest industry trends
Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and prototype.
Develop and conduct usability testing using variety of methods to validate and refine the concept
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

Requirements and skills

At least 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design relating to both mobile apps AND web apps.
Knowledge of user centered design methodologies and user experience best practices
Experienced with user research and usability testing
Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and development team
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Have empathy towards users and problem statements and possess problemsolving mindset
BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
