We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as anField Supervisor.
The Field Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, managing field personnel, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks in various locations.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards in the field.Responsibilities

Field Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day field operations, including project execution, logistics, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise field personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and safety.

Project Coordination : Collaborate with project managers and other departments to plan and coordinate field activities, ensuring projects align with company objectives and standards.

Quality Control : Monitor the quality of work performed in the field, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality standards.

Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, implement safety measures, and conduct safety training to protect field personnel and assets.

Initial Site Survey : Conduct thorough initial surveys of project sites, assessing environmental conditions, terrain, and potential hazards to inform project planning and risk mitigation strategies.

Inventory and Equipment Management : Manage field equipment and inventory, including procurement, maintenance, and tracking, to ensure availability and functionality.

Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document field activities, ensuring data integrity and transparency.

Client Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction with field operations.

Budget Oversight : Contribute to budget planning and monitor field-related expenditures, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address field-related challenges, proactively implement solutions, and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
Job Requirements
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Maximum Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Proven experience in field operations or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting.
- Ability to travel and work in various field locations.
