Description

• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls
• Confident to pitch and present to the client during a proposal
• Supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account
• Manage out of scopes and ensure such scopes are reasonably acceptable in view of timeline and resource available and that they are billable
• Work closely together with all internal and external team (e.g. clients and suppliers) to ensure targets, deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Experience in client servicing, preferably specialised in Multimedia / Advertising / Arts / Creative / Graphic Design / Events or equivalent
• At least 46 years of working experience in related filed is required for this position.
• Ability to work under pressure and collating large quantities of information quickly without losing the attention for details
• High resilience capability to deal with problems and manage conflicts effectively.
• Dynamic individual who is willing to learn / undertake project assignments of various business segments (e.g. exhibitions, gallery, events etc)
• MUST be comfortable collaborating with cross departments
