The Opportunity


This position operates in a high volume and compliance-driven environment that focuses on the proactive administration and management of claims.

Location: The Gardens North Tower
  • Mid Valley, KL (accessible with public transport)
-
Working hours: Monday to Friday

  • Time: 6.00am to 3.00pm (WFH)
  • Time: 7.30am to 4.30pm (office)

Working arrangement: Onsite for 6 months in the office. Thereafter, to work on hybrid for 3 days per week in the office.

Joining date: 11 March 2024 (compulsory)


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that compensation and benefits calculation comply with applicable regulations or legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy as per our professional standards policy.
  • Analyze and review all salary/compensation details before sending to claims through auditing.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Responsible for identifying, interpreting, and inputting employee's information into the
- appropriate database and/or program.

  • Monitoring or keeping track of received and completed data documents.
  • Coordinate queries directly to claims to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Coach and assist in the development of new team members.
  • Capable or will be trained to fulfill all other department tasks.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder or Associate Degree holder
  • Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work on day shift and onsite
