Responsibilities:

Serve as a Scrum Master in agile projects, overseeing sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
Develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project plans for enhancing IT systems, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Lead change management processes, ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement proactive measures for successful mitigation.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Implement and improve IT systems while adhering to Information Security (IS) standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Possess exceptional change management skills, with the ability to navigate and lead teams through organizational transformations.
Have successfully completed at least one fullcycle system implementation project.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing project management tools.
Experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects is advantageous.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in system implementation and enhancement.
