Responsibilities:

Team Setup and Leadership:
- Establish and lead the Business Development team in Malaysia.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business development objectives.
Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in Malaysia.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Channel Partner Development:
- Identify and target potential channel partners for marketing our consulting services.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive business growth.
Direct Customer Acquisition:
- Lead efforts to attract direct customers, including retail clients, corporations, and high net worth individuals.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet customer acquisition targets.
Service-specific Targeting:
- Tailor business development strategies to target clients for M&A, family office/legacy planning, and offshore financial products.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling value propositions for these services.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the Business Development team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and team leadership.
Key Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset for market research and opportunity assessment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the consulting services industry, particularly in M&A, family office/legacy planning, and offshore financial products.
Salary:
RM12, RM18,000.00 per month
