What you will do
Responsible for the development, sales, management, and profitability of the company.

Achieve yearly growth and sales targets.
To perform ongoing business review and business analytics with objectives to identify business opportunities which can expand the overall business.
Managing a business pipeline through ongoing analysis, close monitoring, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Managing and address endtoend sales and customer journey including completing negotiations and sales process with signing of contract.
Provide constructive feedback from customers, partners, and prospects to the product and technical teams to improve product offerings.

What you will need

Basic degree in any discipline or insurance qualifications.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or marketing in the Insurance industry.
Leadership skills.
Strong problemsolving skills, identifying client needs and business negotiation.
Capacity to analyze and capture key information in precise and concise manner.
Good communication, and team coordination skills.
Sales and marketing skills.
Business acumen and industry knowledge.
Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and team spirit.
