ROLE PURPOSE:
is responsible for bank transaction, daily finance & account affairs, some office affairs INTERNAL &

EXTERNAL PARTNERS:

Internal with production/sales/purchase Dept.
Sometimes may check invoices

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
with Customers & Suppliers

Properly allocate direct cost and indirect cost to inventory cost & familiar with production order procedure.

Experience in manufacturing factory. Costing checking and controlled.

Familiar with ERP system and basic setup for BOM/Route, AX prefer, proactively provide advice to manager to minimize the potential financial risks.

Be dealing with expenses declaration and Daily bank transaction. and have basic knowledge to relevant tax policy. To maintain accounts payables and the timely processing of payments to suppliers. To maintain accounts receivables and the timely follow-up on payments due from accounts receivables. Collaborate with co-worker to ensure all the data are correctly maintained within defined timing. Maintenance of accounting records, preparation of management reporting package, and cash flow management relating matters.
