Position:
Printer Technician / Assistant Engineer


Salary:
$1800 - $2500 (Gross salary $3000 - $3500)


Location:
One-North

Working days: 5days

Job Details:

  • Provide servicing on customers' Multiple Function Device (MFD) in accordance with procedures indicated inside the service manual.
  • Take ownership of designated MFDs and to ensure all MFDs are in optimum working conditions.
  • Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted.
  • To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment.
  • To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine's functions and connectivity matters.
  • Support team in technical support and solutions
Requirement

  • At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking

Salary:
RM5, RM10,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
