Description
Oversee and supervise the team consisting of server, network and cloud administration & support.

  • Coordinates works between team members and other departments to prevent conflicts.
  • Perform thorough vulnerability analysis and security management of each system in operation.
  • Periodic communication initiatives with employees for IT security and intellectual property rights, dos and don'ts and so on.
  • Ensure the state of the securityrelated system always be up to date at all times.
  • Prioritise solving ITrelated issues to avoid disruption of the manufacturing floor operation.
  • Ensure system inspection matters by engineers is performed periodically and assigning for back up if main personin charge is absent.
  • Ensure successful server operations for replication, backup, and recovery.
  • Equipment purchases and select maintenance companies according to proper protocol. Continuously manage and prevent data loss and leakage due to internal/external attacks, and data leakage by employees.
  • Identify the personality, skills, and abilities of each team member so that synergy can be created between each team member by assigning suitable team members for tasks.
  • Create a conducive work environment where team members can grow and develop together through regular interviews internally.
  • Attend to adhoc or emergency cases related to servers or IT generally.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Advanced Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT system operation experience.
  • More than 5 years of IT system design experience (Server, Network ,Security)
  • 5+ years of employee management, handson, able to do the system troubleshooting.
  • Possess overall theoretical and handson skills in IT.
  • Possess inspection and analysis skills of each IT equipment.
  • Possess overall technical skills in IT such as Server, Network, Security, DBA, Cloud, etc.
  • Willing to learn new technologies, etc in IT and pass it on to colleagues.
  • Possess skills to link between overseas branches (communication, technology)
  • Possess skills to collaborate with the users in manufacturing field.

Salary:
RM8, RM13,000.00 per month
