Monitor department performance against goal to ensure that the progress is being made

  • Overseeing production processes
  • Planning and execution of production schedule
  • Ensuring the production facilities are in good working condition
  • Implementing improvements to the production process
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards
  • Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
  • Preparing operation reports
Requirement

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Operation Manager
  • Strong leadership and organizational skill

Salary:
RM2, RM9,284.89 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
