Issue Purchase Order to Vendors, follow up & ensure timely delivery

• To source and negotiate with suppliers on costing and lead time to obtain the maximum benefit for the company Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Keep tracking and updating on goods purchasing and receiving To ensure all necessary import documents are received timely for clearance.
• Liaising with forwarding agents on shipping documents Perform general filing duties, maintain organized documentation and ensure history record are easy to retrieve.
• Provide administrative support including handling stock count, photocopy, matching invoices with system GRN amount etc.
• To liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of purchasing activities.
• To liaise with Warehouse and Finance for goods received and process for payment.
• To submit necessary report/data for superior review or departmental report compilation.

-Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors/management from time to time
