Our chain outlets offered product such as soy bean drink, tau foo fa, porridge, nasi lemak, fried kuih such as yoo tiao, nian gao, currypuff, fried ball & fried bun & etc.


  • Must be able to learn & understand all Food & Beverages menu offered by the company, well trained with the Food & Beverages (F&B) preparation SOP.
  • To prepare and conduct Food & Beverages (F&B) preparation SOP training/ refresher training for new staff/ existing staff.
  • To teach and build self-awareness on staff about personal hygiene & workplace cleanliness.
  • To guide and give full support to newly opening outlets in all aspects especially on kitchen operation, technical training/ support like POS system, food processing machineries etc.
  • To document all SOP of F&B preparation for new menu items.
  • To propose or suggest the improvement can be made to the existing SOP of F&B preparation.
  • To provide full training to newly joined franchisee outlet, start from before the starting of the business until the business able to run with its own.
  • Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Requirements:

1) At least has 3-5 years working experience as food trainer, bread & pastry trainer, lead chef or cooker/hawkers that have passion in train people & experience in cooking similar or as per our products.

2) Excellent in staff management, communication, presentation & training skills.

3) Have own transport & willing to travel to outlets & franchisee outlet.

4) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English. (Those who can speak Mandarin & Cantonese is added advantage).

5) Fast learner to understand SOP in processing & producing the product offered and achieved standard of product to sell.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
