Description

Responsibilities:


  • Issue Sales Order upon receipt of order from the customer.
  • Processes the Delivery Order and Invoice upon approval of Sales Order.
  • Attend existing / new customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction via accuracy and timely processing of orders.
  • Support Sales Department on delivery/ Liaises with customers/internal parties on inquiries, purchases, goods transfer, complaints, etc.
  • Support daytoday operational activities, including order processing, delivery coordination/method, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure orders deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
  • Prepares other Sales Department documents such as quotation, credit note, product list, forms, etc.
  • Develop a filing system to maintain all sales records and transactions.
  • Managing correspondence and communication with customer's enquiry.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
  • Increase the sales order of showroom customers.
