Secretarial assignments include such duties as office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional(s)'s and/or management staff's area of responsibility.
There are three classifications in this job.- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and distributing messages.
- Maintaining company schedules.
- Organizing documents and files.
- Greeting business clients and guests.
- Documenting financial information.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling meetings and conferences.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM1.00 - RM2.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Secretary: 3 years (preferred)
