THE OPPORTUNITY


Our partner, a leading global InsureTech who has been providing small businesses with the simplest way to get their business insurance sorted, is hiring for
Operations Support Specialist to be part of their Manila team The team opened its doors in 2008 and now operates in Australia, the US, and New Zealand.


Working closely with the Claims, Customer Care, and Broker teams, as back-end support, you will be responsible for ensuring a variety of support tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be an important part of the team, ensuring the customers are given excellent service in line with our client's service level agreements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately complete cases by following set processes and procedures.
  • Strive towards being a 'finisher' by efficiently handling cases within the expected time frames
  • Work independently on managing multiple case types.
  • Lodging claims and recording file updates.
  • Followup requests for information and responsible for data input for manual certificates.
  • Assist with broker signups, processing cancellations, and payment management.
  • Seamlessly navigating through multiple systems and keeping up to date on policies and procedures.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years experience in insurance/broker/banking or finance operations support
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office and CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced and changing environment
  • Keen to details and proactive
  • Dedicated to quality and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
