Description
Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff

  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Oversee front and back in house operations
  • Oversee all staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Develop strategies for improving customer's dining or take away experience
  • Manage the work schedules of restaurant's staff
  • To provide cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness
  • Ensure all the staffs are working follow the SOP of the company

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Remain calm in stressfull situation
  • Diploma in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
  • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge in training and leading staff
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Strong in organizational, communication, customer service skills, and managerial skills
  • Posses own transport
  • Willing to travel / transfer to other branch

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Restaurant supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
