管理/处理批发及零售订单
- 管理客户发票、交货安排和
- 回答客户询问 / 接听来电询问
- 执行库存盘点和进出
- 整理和归档日常文件
- 能独立工作,秉持良好的工作态度、核心价值观并与团队成员密切合作。
- 协助任何上级及管理层所委派的临时任务
- 具有MS Office 和 SQL software 经验
- 优先选择Autocount有经验者

  • Handle wholesale and retail sales
  • Responsible for checking supplier invoice & preparing payment voucher.
  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls and handle caller inquires.
  • Assist in filing & general paper work.
  • To assist with the purchase & record keeping of stationery.
  • Experience in MS Office and SQL soufware
  • Experience in handling AUTOCOUNT accounting system is an added advantage.
