Admin Executive - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - Safeguard G4S Sdn Bhd
Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Research and analysis : Gathering information from process owners, existing documents, and observations to fully understand and document a task/ process.
- Writing and editing : Drafting clear, simple and logically structured procedure. This need to be done fast to avoid training and accountability issues.
- Testing and verification : Working with stakeholders and process owners to test the procedures for gaps or absence in control. This is to ensure the procedure is accurate and practical for operations.
- Maintenance and updates : Ad hoc changes and annual update is necessary to ensure the SOPs are current, in line with recent development in operations.
Job Requirement:
- Fast Leaner and must be able to do multitasking.
- Good Communication
- BM and English.
- Knowledge to draft letter reply complaints & do reports.
- Good in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Organized & able to meet deadline.
- Able to work independently.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
