We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relation, implementation and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of people management, cost control, sales strategies, marketing plans and products.


Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you higher management level.

  • Have passion working in the Food & Beverage Industry
  • Adventurous and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)
  • A mature, intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to and influence people at all levels and possesses excellent and collaboration skills.

Management Trainee Programme 12 months:


  • 6 months training Operational task at Restaurant
  • 3 months training Supervisor (Warehousing, Inventory, Training New Staff)
  • 3 months training Acting Branch Manager (Budgeting, P&L, Appraisal etc)

Salary:
RM10, RM11,000.00 per month
