Description
Provide administrative field sales support to Account Manager, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, arrange billing and delivery.

  • To coordinate in recruitment arrangements such as advertise the job vacancy, collecting additional documents and scheduling interview sessions.
- office maintenance, prepare access card for staff, monitor the servicing of office facilities and equipment, sanitizing office and cleaning services.

  • Manage systematic filing system and safekeeping of office private and confidential documents job files, letters etc.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as typing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Handling of all personnel documents and records e.g., staff leave and medical slip records.
  • Manage pantry items, stationery inventory and the office.
  • Responsible to support for matter relating to all kind of training.
  • Responsible to verify correctness of certificate prepared by all offices against the criteria set.
  • Responsible to support for matter relating to adhoc request by DQS management.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job requirements:_

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in administration work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, customer service orientation and able to work under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
