Responsibilities
- Handling of procurement processes regarding subcontractor management e. g. review and management of supplier documents, support Sourcing Manager with relevant knowhow, support suppliers to deal with our IT systems etc.
- Process support for supplier prequalification e. g. external (supplier) and internal (Sourcing Manager) communication
- Participation in regional or crossregional procurement projects incl. the execution of project management activities in crossfunctional teams
Requirements:
- Student of business or technical studies or holder of other professional experience in commercial or technical areas
- Strong IT affinity and interest in dealing with new technologies
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Initiative and willingness to perform
- Distinct communication and team skills as well as a solutionoriented way of working
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 5 months (Preferable 5 months)
- Internship start date: June 2024
