Description
We are an established global trading company with over 50 years of history in Malaysia.

We are currently on the lookout for a new
Legal Executive to join the team in our General Administration Department.

In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Legal who is also the Head of General Administration Department ("HOD").

You will act as an assistant to the HOD to perform legal related matters in the company.


Job responsibilities:


  • Draft commercial agreement and/or review agreements
  • Draft and/or review internal rules and regulations
  • Update the company in the event of any changes in laws
  • Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice / opinion
  • Manage contract filing system
  • Perform other legal related assignment as and when required by the Company

Our requirements:


  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)
  • Preferable with relevant experience as inhouse legal counsel but not a must
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
