Company Overview:
Established in 2012, our client is the first regional and integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company in Asia, providing end-to-end solutions in the tower services sector from tower leasing, colocations, build-to-suit, energy, transmission and operations and maintenance (O&M).
Requirements:
- Minimum
Diploma in any related field - At least
2 years of experience in an administration or equivalent - Excellent time management and prioritization skill, ability to work well in a pressured, deadline, focused, committed team environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Process nonPO invoices for travel, admin/facilities, and other related expenses in a timely manner
- Manage and process travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process requests for business cards and name stamps, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Salary Packages:
- Basic RM3,500
- RM4,000
- EPF & SOCSO Deduction
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
