Description

Develop, manage, coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities covering various HR functions including of Industrial relations, employee relations, recruitment, training and development etc.


  • Ensure compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations and employment acts to limit the legal exposure and liability.
  • Ensure all the transaction of Endtoend process from attract talents to join, develop knowledge & skill while under employment, until leaving the Company being managed & administered follow the standard operating procedure (SOP).
  • Continue expanding recruitment & training program sourcing channel & platform (e.g. via social network, page promotion activities, benchmark, etc) to support talent attraction & development activities.
  • Involved as committees such as Safety & Health Committees, ISO Committees, etc depends on the relevance of the scope as appointed from times to times.
  • Establish effective reporting and communication flow to ensure all related personnel and stakeholders are appropriately informed.
  • Supervise & train junior either via On-TheJob training or onoonone coaching session.
  • Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirement(s):


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 24 years working experience as Human Resource Management which specialized in IDL recruitment.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in recruitment reporting (weekly and monthly)
  • Able to utilize Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel) is a must.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, HRDF Act, etc is an added advantage.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
