Provide Admin Support
- General admin duties including answering phone calls.
- Data entry and invoicing.
- Scanning, typing and filing of documents.
- Support office administration.
- Undertake adhoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages
Requirements:
- At least 1 experience providing general administrative support including invoicing, data entry etc
- Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
- Independent and team player
- Must know how to speak or read chinese
- Working hour 830am 6pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
