Description

Provide Admin Support

  • General admin duties including answering phone calls.
  • Data entry and invoicing.
  • Scanning, typing and filing of documents.
  • Support office administration.
  • Undertake adhoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese languages

Requirements:


  • At least 1 experience providing general administrative support including invoicing, data entry etc
  • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
  • Independent and team player
  • Must know how to speak or read chinese
  • Working hour 830am 6pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month

Experience:
