Position:
Operation Manager


Silara Akses Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Operation Manager who possesses a great attitude towards winning to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for daytoday plans for scaffolding project/operation strategies in alignment with company goals and industry trends
  • Lead and assist the scaffolding project/operation management within timesensitive and demanding circumstances, including development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
  • To work closely with internal departments such as develop and maintain a project/operation systems, processes, or procedures database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
  • Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project/operation efficiency and maximize deliverables output within the approved budget
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures required for scaffolding components to ensure the project/operation meets the client's expectations
  • Facilitating communication between different departments and upper management to ensure proper operations of the company
  • Analyse and generate regular reports on project/operation risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to the project work plan
  • To work closely with the Human Resources department for training and development for employees to improve employee quality, operational processes and workflow
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in operation management (preferably in construction/engineering)
  • Experience with website analytics tools and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
