To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other enquiries.

Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
Liaise with tour guide, handling claim etc
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Onsite visit when necessary.
Tour research and itinerary setup.
Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering;
Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the Company,

Requirements:

Required language(s): Speaking & writing in Chinese & English.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Willing to travel when necessary.
Age range yrs old
