We are seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our team to be based at either of our exciting locations listed below:

  • Johor
  • Perak
  • Penang
  • Malacca
  • Selangor
1.


Generate Leads:


  • Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
  • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential
sales opportunities.

2.


Consultative Selling:


  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their energy needs, assess their site's solar potential, and present customized solar PV solutions.
  • Conduct onsite visits, analyze energy usage patterns, and provide accurate and compelling proposals to meet customer requirements.
3.


Relationship Building:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the solar industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the sales process.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:


  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to effectively communicate the benefits and financial returns of
solar PV systems.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Market Research:


  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, government incentives, and regulations related to solar energy.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence to identify potential competitive advantages and improve sales strategies.

Sales Administration:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction postsales.

Team Collaboration:


  • Coordinate with the technical team, project managers, and installation crews to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a
related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the
solar industry or renewable energy sector.

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, their components, and
associated technologies.

  • Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal solar energy policies,
incentives, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage
with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and close
sales deals.

  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently as well as
part of a team.

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, combined with
highly disciplined approach is crucial for success in this role.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as
required.
