The Compliance & ESG Coordinator - is responsible for identifying and prioritizing the daily compliance & ESG activities for the team and will assist the Compliance & ESG Manager in the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory changes. Compliance & ESG Coordinator delivers the existing sustainability services, as well as supports the development of further sustainable service innovations under the guidance of the Compliance & ESG Manager. Core responsibilities will include active involvement and strategic alignment with the internal and external interested parties regarding ESG & Compliance impacts, risks, and opportunities that are relevant to the organization's business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and align with internal and external interested parties on Compliance & ESG strategies, as well as collect data, prepare report & follow up including but not limited to: ISO Management System (ISO 9001,14001,27001 & 45001), Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 Green House Gas emissions, Water consumption, Waste Management & ESG
- Assist in preparing and/or conducting Compliance & ESG training for existing and or new suppliers
- Assist with developing and maintaining best practices and procedures relative to Compliance & ESG strategies, requirements and reporting.
- Demonstrate professionalism in communication, relationship development, customer service, etc.
- Manage testing of new ESG protocols and pilot programs before full implementation.
- Familiar with all Compliance & ESG reporting including but not limited to GSS,LCOS, Excel file data analysis, and supporting methods of reporting.
- Act as exemplar/model for all expected Compliance behaviors, including integrity, diligence, and attentiontodetail
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assist and support the development of Crown
Work Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, ESG, administration or equivalent
- Experienced in ISO Management Audit or have sound knowledge in Quality Management, ESG & Compliance will be an advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh gradutes are encourage to apply
- Able to support ISO Team after office hours when needed.
