Responsibilities:
- Answer customer question/after sales service call
- Follow up internally to solves customer issue/complaint.
- Organize and maintain proper office filling and records.
- Assist on live show preparation.
- Handle operation related job, repair customer product etc
- Other duties assign by superior.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia / English
- Good working attitude & Good communication skill
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customer feedback.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Training will be provided
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
