1.
Pertaining to Clients
- Establish rapport and good relationship
- Ensure follow up with all clients after treatment or after sales
- To give professional beauty care advice and product advise to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
- Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow up
- Provide indepth explanation to clients regarding treatments / procedures with the objective of closing sales
- Advise clients on necessary aftercare
- Always response customer call / message as soon as possible
2.
Pertaining to Clinic
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of clinic
- Assist in frontline duties i.e. registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing etc. when required.
- Assist doctors with procedures when required
- Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization
- Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues
- Assist branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports
- Ensure daily task is completed. E.g; daily dispensary, treatment note, patient file updated, follow up
- Extent of reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instruction
- Sharing & discuss ideas with your colleague or branch manager to get better achievement.
Salary:
RM3, RM9,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
