    Business Analyst Role

    This is a challenging position where you will be bridging the gaps between business needs and technology solutions.

    As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse global projects in the billion-dollar payment industry.

    Job Summary

    A business analyst bridges business needs with tech solutions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions for efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Functional Specifications: Generate, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
    • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate discussions and negotiations to align requirements among various stakeholders.
    • Design Sessions: Collaborate with developers in design sessions to define effective solutions based on use cases.
    • System Design: Produce system design components such as use cases, business rules, wireframes, and detailed functional documents.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
    • Certification Assurance: Undertake certification assurance and secure approval with EMVCo.
    • Team Collaboration: Share essential insights and discoveries with the team.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify and resolve issues, and deliver greater value.

    Job Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Must-Have:

    • Possesses a degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
    • Demonstrates a high level of adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Exhibits proficient writing skills for procedures and reports, along with effective verbal communication abilities.
    • Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • An advantageous addition would be 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
