Description
Generate draft and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.- Provide Statement of Account (SOA) for each customer
- Monitor and track incoming payments accordingly by Customer Aging Report.
- Reconcile discrepancies between received payments and issued invoices.
- Resolve billing and paymentrelated issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and escalate overdue accounts to management.
- Initiate legal proceedings or other collection actions as necessary for bad debt.
- Key in Official Receipt once received payment from customers.
- Doing bank reconciliation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and concerns related to invoices and payments.
- Ensure all documentations and files keep on track with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Assist in yearly audits related to accounts receivable part.
- Work Location : Bandar Botanic
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
