A leading of Multi-brand sports retail is seeking an experience as
Assistant Store Manager at One Utama, Petaling Jaya.


Requirement needed:


  • Malaysian with age below 35 years old
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a fashion retail industry
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Have a good communication skills in fluent English and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Develop store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profit and others
  • Deal with all the issues that arise from staff or customer
  • Additional assistant store manager duties as needed
