- 2+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver tailored support
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first, problem-solving attitude
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and keeping customers engaged
- Comfortable with CRM and support tools, with good organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay closely connected to customers and the product
- Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus
- Confident conversational Chinese communication skills required
