About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be a vital link between our organization and our valued customers. You'll play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable answers to queries about our products and services.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years' relevant work experience in inhouse or BPO settings.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Good communication skills and is bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liase with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
